Satun, Thailand dari Wang Kelian, Perlis, Malaysia

Satun is not as popular as Hatyai, Thailand but there are so many things we can explore there. The Satun province share many things with Perlis. The malays there, are also speaking the same dialects as we do in Perlis. Via Satun, we can travel to Phuket by road 100km less compared to other border towns, i.e. Bukit Kayu Hitam- Danok & Padang Besar.
It is also safe here and it has Pakbara Pier, where you can go Island hopping with so many beautiful National Park Island, such as Koh Adang, Koh Lipe, Koh Tarutao etc.

For those who come to visit Perlis, you may include Satun as your new destination, but don't forget to bring passport and the copy of your vehicle grant. You may stay in Perlis and you can do day trip and have good lunch by the sea at Pakbara beach. And please bear in mind that if you don't want to overnight in Thailand, the border gate close at 6:30 pm every day.
